Common questions
How long does onboarding take?
WeedPOS is cloud-based — no installation needed. Most clubs are up and running within 24–48 hours with guidance from our onboarding team.
Do you offer personalised training?
Yes. All new customers receive a personalised onboarding session. We also offer additional staff training packages, documentation, and regular webinars.
What support is included?
All plans include email and in-app support. Standard and Premium plans include priority support with faster response times and phone access during business hours.
Is our data secure?
Absolutely. WeedPOS uses end-to-end encryption, GDPR-compliant data handling, and secure redundant data centres. We never share your club or member data.
