Response times vary by subscription tier:

  • Basic Plan: 24 business hours
  • Standard Plan: 12 business hours
  • Premium Plan: 4 business hours
  • Pro Plan: 2 business hours

Critical issues are prioritized for all plans. Business hours are defined by our support hours listed above.

Yes, we offer on-site support and setup services for Pro plan subscribers in select European locations. This service includes hardware setup, staff training, and personalized configuration. Our security team will acknowledge your report within 24 hours and work with you to address the concern.
